Our Wedding

It all started on a gorgeous April day. Two souls walked into the building to start the next chapter of their lives. A few weeks passed, and small talk evolved into conversation, which in turn became texting, texting turned into plans, and plans ultimately became love.Next thing they knew, they were driving toward Turtle Bay to meet up together for what they didn't realize would be the beginning of their lives together. They met up and walked the trails for a couple of hours until Conner finally popped that age-old question. "Do you think we are more than just friends?"Of course, they were. A week later, they were headed to the Oregon Coast for their first adventure together. They found that stunning coastline to be their happy place, and where they plan to one day spend the rest of their lives together. Conner and Ashley fell deeply in love on that trip. They realized that after years of searching, they had finally found who they were supposed to be with: Each other.

Our  Beginning

On a freezing November night, Conner and Ashley decided to go to the Garden of Lights. The night was something they had been looking forward to for weeks. They were excited to experience this gorgeous show that celebrated their favorite time of year. Conner had even bigger plans for the night. He had gone and bought a ring. Initially, he wanted to save it for New Year's Eve and propose to the love of his life then. But Conner is not known for his patience. He snuck the ring into the back of the car before they left to go to the show. Once they got there, Conner found an excuse to get into the back seat of the car. He snuck the ring box into the pocket of his sweatshirt. All night, he searched for the perfect quiet spot amongst the lights to ask the biggest question of his life. Finally, close to the end of the night, they stopped right at the central circle of lights in the park. The Christmas music was loud, and the lights were beautiful as they illuminated their faces. Conner decided this was the spot. He pointed out a light display a ways away from them, and when Ashley turned to look, he got down on one knee. As Ashley turned back around, Conner asked her to marry him. Ashley made Conner the happiest man on Earth, and said "Yes".

Our Engagement

Now, Conner and Ashley are happily engaged and couldn't be more excited for their wedding. They spend their days with their three adorable, crazy, and amazing fur kids: Romeo, Jäger, and Xena. They live every day falling further in love with one another, and can't wait to experience everything life has to offer together!
